Build Your Range Around Confirmed Product Series
Pilevanta Carpet Tiles supports private label supply programs for flooring brands, importers, distributors and wholesale buyers. Commercial and residential carpet tiles are our core focus, with product identification and export carton requirements reviewed against each order.
Start with the collections you want to offer, target applications and expected quantities. We check suitable series, sample availability and branding requirements before confirming supply conditions. Private labeling does not automatically require a new construction; an existing series may provide a practical starting point.
Establish a Consistent Product Specification
Each product in your range needs a clear specification covering fiber, pile construction, backing, dimensions, color reference and packing quantity. Your internal product name should remain linked to the corresponding supply reference.
If you require changes to an existing series, separate those requests from the branding brief. New colors, backing combinations or formats require feasibility review and may affect minimum production runs. Available performance documents must match the selected construction rather than being applied across an entire branded collection.
Define Brand Names, Labels and Carton Information
Provide your logo files, collection names, model codes, color names and required label wording. Confirm how these details will correspond to the product references used for ordering, inspection and repeat purchases.
Our logo and branding review covers approved identification requirements. Private label support should not be interpreted as automatic availability of carpet surface logos. Those requests need separate technical assessment. Any requested exclusivity or territorial arrangement also requires separate agreement.
Approve Product Samples and Packaging Together
Review the physical carpet sample alongside the proposed product identity. Confirm texture, color, backing and dimensions before assigning the final branded model reference. Record the approved sample and specification version so later orders can be checked against the same information.
Through sample development, distinguish existing swatches from newly developed samples. Packaging proofs should then use the approved model and color details. Sample charges, preparation time and any revisions are confirmed according to the requested scope.
Plan MOQ and Repeat-Order Requirements
MOQ is assessed by series and colorway. Custom carton or label minimums may differ from the carpet tile order minimum. Share your planned launch quantities and likely reorder pattern so these requirements can be reviewed together.
Before repeat purchases, confirm series availability, current specifications and color references. A previous order does not guarantee an identical shade from a later batch. Discuss project quantities and replenishment needs early, particularly when products will be supplied to the same installation.
Keep Inspection and Identification Connected
Agree the bulk inspection scope against the approved product specification and sample. Relevant checks include dimensions, visible surface condition, batch appearance and correct product identification.
During packaging and carton label review, verify model codes, color references, batch details, carton counts and area coverage. Keep these details consistent with the packing list. Installation or care information supplied under your brand must also correspond to the selected product.
