Define Where Your Branding Will Appear
Pilevanta Carpet Tiles supports approved product identification and export carton requirements for importers, distributors, wholesalers and private label buyers. Start by identifying where your logo needs to appear: carton artwork, identification labels, sample presentation materials or the carpet surface.
These requests follow different review routes. Packaging branding is checked against the selected packing arrangement. A logo on the carpet face requires separate technical assessment; it should not be assumed available across standard commercial or residential collections.
Prepare Artwork and Placement Instructions
Send a vector logo file where available, together with brand colors, dimensions and placement references. Include required wording, clear space and any restrictions on changing proportions. Photographs can explain the intended result, but a low-resolution image may need replacement before artwork approval.
For each branded component, identify its purpose and required quantity. Product labels should distinguish your brand name from model, color and batch information. Barcode data and product descriptions must be supplied or approved by the buyer before use.
Keep Surface Logo Requests Separate
If your project requires a visible logo within the carpet surface, provide the complete design, intended dimensions, color references and proposed tile arrangement. We review the request with the responsible production facility against the relevant yarn, pile structure and available production route.
Fine lettering, narrow lines and designs crossing tile joints need particular attention during feasibility review. Do not assume that paper artwork can be reproduced unchanged in a textile surface. Where development is feasible, approve a physical sample before confirming bulk requirements.
Coordinate Branding with Packaging
Carton branding should work alongside the information needed to identify and handle the order. Confirm model references, color codes, batch details, tiles per carton, area coverage and shipping marks without allowing decorative artwork to obscure them.
Our packaging and carton label review establishes which elements are printed on the carton and which use separate labels. Discuss artwork revisions before packaging materials are prepared. Changes to brand wording, codes or carton quantities may require revised proofs and costs.
Approve Proofs and Physical References
Artwork approval should identify the file version, dimensions, wording and placement. Depending on the requested item, confirmation may use a layout proof, printed label or physical packaging sample. A digital proof confirms layout; physical color and material appearance require an appropriate reference.
Through sample development, record what has been approved and which details remain outstanding. Surface logo development, where feasible, needs its own sample approval rather than being covered by a carton artwork sign-off.
Confirm MOQ, Inspection and Delivery Conditions
Branding costs and minimum quantities depend on the component, artwork, application method and packaging production requirements. Standard products with branded cartons may follow a different schedule from a newly developed surface design.
Before shipment, agree checks for the approved logo version, orientation, legibility, model references and carton identification. The OEM order process should record artwork deadlines alongside sample approval and packing instructions.
